Jonathan Jacobs over at The Core Mechanic has posted a progress update on Open Game Table Vol. 2: The Anthology of Roleplaying Game Blogs. Over 370 articles from the best roleplaying blogs were nominated for inclusion in this book. That number has been narrowed down to 72 and will probably be narrowed further. Now they’re looking for illustrators, painters and graphic designers to help make the book beautiful.
Jonathan talks about the benefits any contributing artists would receive: namely, exposure online and in print, satisfaction (including free beer), and experience (including being able to play an active role in the creation of the book).
Jonathan’s post includes more details, so if you’re an artist get over there, read the post, and consider offering up your talents for this great project. You’d be getting the aforementioned benefits and helping out the roleplaying community. It’s win-win.
