Congratulations to fellow Australian Matt Goddall for his winning proposal for the 2010 RPG Superstar contest, held annually by Paizo. Check the Paizo blog for the official announcement. Matt’s proposal beat out the very tough competition and he will now go on to write his module, entitled Cult of the Ebon Destroyers, to be published by Paizo under the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game system in January 2011.

Matt’s proposal for Cult of the Ebon Destroyers is brimming with potential for fun, and really does an excellent job of making the adventure seem part of a living world, rather than a module in isolation. It also expands the Pathfinder campaign setting and make great use of the exotic flavour of Jalmeray – the Indian analog in the Pathfinder setting.

Congratulations again, Matt and best of luck for the writing process. I’m looking forward to this one.
